Responsibility
- Developing, formulating, planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive set of in-house and external training with good problem solving skills
- Deliver soft skills training to all level of employees
- Liaise with training providers to ensure cost and content effectiveness of programs
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and evaluation for training programs
- Ability to administer all aspect of training functions includes HRDF claims and Mydin Retail Academy Training Centre
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent with a minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry.
- Knowledge and experience in learning organization, organization development, knowledge management, project management, self-directed work team and e-learning would be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under tight schedules and independently as well as a good team player.
- Self-motivated with high level of integrity, proactive, hard working and mature with excellence interpersonal and communications skills.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
