Assistant Training Manager

Based in HQ, USJ Subang Jaya

Responsibility

  1. Developing, formulating, planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive set of in-house and external training with good problem solving skills
  2. Deliver soft skills training to all level of employees
  3. Liaise with training providers to ensure cost and content effectiveness of programs
  4. Conduct Training Need Analysis and evaluation for training programs
  5. Ability to administer all aspect of training functions includes HRDF claims and Mydin Retail Academy Training Centre

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent with a minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry.
  2. Knowledge and experience in learning organization, organization development, knowledge management, project management, self-directed work team and e-learning would be an advantage.
  3. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Able to work under tight schedules and independently as well as a good team player.
  5. Self-motivated with high level of integrity, proactive, hard working and mature with excellence interpersonal and communications skills.
  6. Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
