SHOPPERS got a lovely treat of Bubur Lambuk at Mydin Mall USJ when they dropped over to do their last minute Hari Raya shopping last month. Five thousand packs of the special and personalised version of the tasty Maggi@Bubur Lambuk was distributed to everyone as early as 4pm followed by a buka puasa treat for 200 orphans from all over Klang Valley along with MYDIN, MPSJ and BHP.
In its 3rd year running, the preparation of the 10 pots of bubur lambuk led by Chef Muluk started as early as 7am. “We are always keen to lend a helping hand and contribute to a worthy cause. We hope this small effort can give greater joy for the kids to celebrate Ramadhan and Hari Raya.”
“Mydin is always dedicated to help the less fortunate including orphans, single mothers, old folks and underprivileged families who are really in need,” Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad managing director Dato’ Ameer Ali said.
