OPERATION MANAGERS/ASSISTANT MANAGERS
Location: Various Outlets
* Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
* At least 5 years managerial experience in managing operation process and preferably for a major retailing or wholesaling industry.
* Experience in daily operational management in branch/department which includes profitability and sales turnover, shop floor
display, customer service, inventory, marketing and promotional plan and other related function.
PLANOGRAM MANAGER
Location: Headquarters, USJ

Degree holders from any field of studies with at least 5 years experience in similar retail industry.
* Experience in reallocate space to high-demand items and maintain optimal stock levels, potential profit, scientific
calculations and space requirements.
* Propose minimizing inventory investments in products with lower consumer demand and lower profits.
* Ensure assortments match our customers demand and provide assortments tailored to our customers preferences.
* Plan for new items, categories and locations and well versed with space man software.
PLANOGRAM EXECUTIVES
Location: Headquarters, USJ
*
Degree/Diploma holders from any field of studies.
* At least 2 to 3 years experience in the field of merchandising in retail industry or FMCG.
* Familiar with Spaceman Acnielsen software is and added advantage.
* Acts as liaison between headquarters and branch items.
* Ability to travel to all geographic store locations as needed.
JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES
Location: Headquarters, USJ

Diploma In Accounting/part qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
* 2 to 4 years experience in handling full set of accounts.
* Those with LCCI diploma and sufficient years of experience are encouraged to apply.
SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS
Location: Headquarters, USJ

Diploma In Accounting/part qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
* 1 to 2 years experience in handling full set of accounts.
REPORT WRITERS/PROGRAMMERS
Location: Headquarters, USJ
* Diploma holder in Computer Studies or related discipline.
* Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
* Proficient in Visual Studio.Net,ASP.net,C#,Reporting Services,Crystal Report 8.0 or above, and Web Services.
* With relational database experience such as Microsoft SQL Server,Mysql,Oracle.
* Experience in accounting,distribution,manufacturing or retail environment will be an added advantage.
* Must be able to independently system/report design, code and test individual features as well as work jointly with other team
members to deliver complex changes.
* To prepare and design customised reports using Reporting Services tool from Microsoft and Crystal Report from Segate.
TRAINERS
Location: Headquarters, USJ

Recognized Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or any
* related field.
* Prepare course outlines and customize the training modules, if required.
* Hands-on experience in coordinating and conducting training in the retail industry would be an added advantage.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Willing to travel.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
Location: Headquarters, USJ and Various Outlet
* Degree holders from any field of studies with 3-5 years experience in retail industry.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Upon completion the formal training, trainees will be absorbed at various division, department and location within the company.
ASSISTANT OPERATION EXECUTIVES/OPERATION EXECUTIVES
Location: Headquarters USJ, Mydin Melaka Bazaar and for new opening hypermarket at various locations
*Diploma/Degree holders from any field of studies with at least 3-5 years experience in similar retail industry.
PRE-REQUISITE FOR ALL POSITIONS
* Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* Able to work under tight schedules and independently as well as a good team player.
* Self-motivated with high level of integrity, proactive, hardworking and mature with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people.
* Computer literate to those with relevant requirements.
