  • What is Meriah Loyalty Program?

    Our Meriah Card is our way to say thank you to all our Loyal MYDIN patrons who have been with us since day 1

    • Meriah Loyalty Program entity belongs to Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd.
    • Meriah Loyalty Program is a rewards program only for MYDIN customers.
    • You can collect collect Meriah points when you shop in any MYDIN Hypermarket / Emporium.
    • RM 1 = 1 Meriah points
  • What are my benefits to join?

    • With your collected points you can convert your points to MYDIN Gift Vouchers or any other items available at our MYDIN Customer Service Counter
    • 2,000 Meriah points = MYDIN Gift Voucher RM 10.00
    • The more Meriah points you collect, the more items you can redeem!
  • How do I join?

    • Step 1 - Drop by at any of our MYDIN Hypermarket or Emporium.
    • Step 2 - Proceed to our Customer Service Counter & fill up the application form.
    • Step 3 - Use your Meriah card once you have received it.
  • Any Charges?

    Yes. Our Meriah card are chargeable per annum (1 year). You are required to renew your Meriah card yearly

  • Which Meriah card should I apply?

    There are 2 types of Meriah card made available for you

    Meriah Blue Card – for Normal Customers

    • Registration Fees & Renewal Fees is RM 12.00 per annum (1 year) for each Meriah card
    • Present your NRIC / Passport (for Non-Malaysians) when you apply
    • For Supplementary Registration Fees & Renewal Fees is RM 6.00 per annum (1 year) for each Meriah card

    Meriah Silver Card – for Wholesaler Businesses

    • Registration Fees & Renewal Fees are RM 20.00 per annum (1 year) for each Meriah card
    • Present your NRIC & a copy of your Company registration Form (Sijil SSM)
    • For Supplementary Registration Fees & Renewal Fees is RM 6.00 per annum (1 year) for each Meriah card
    • Note: Supplementary Silver Card will be given a Blue Meriah card instead
  • How do I collect Meriah Points?

    • Present your Meriah card to the Cashiers before any transactions are made.
    • Your Points will be shown & printed at the bottom of the MYDIN receipts.
  • How do I know when to renew my Meriah Card?

    • Your Meriah card will be printed with your Name & the expiry date.
    • You are required to renew your Meriah Card within 3 months after the expiry date to avoid termination.
    • If you did not renew your Meriah Card within the grace period, we deem this as you do not want to own the Meriah card & all your points will be burnt.
  • Will my Meriah Points expired?

    • Yes your Meriah Points will be expire after 3 years.
    • Failure to renew your Meriah Card within 3 Months after expiry, your Meriah point will be zerorised
  • What do I need to sign up for Meriah Card?

    • Meriah Loyalty Program is open to all customers. Bring your NRIC / Passport (for Non-Malaysians) when you sign up.
    • For Wholesalers, please bring along your Company Registration Form (Sijil SSM).
  • Where can I apply for a Meriah Card?

    • Visit any of our MYDIN Hypermarket / Emporium Customer Service counter & you can apply for a Meriah Card
  • Is Meriah card a credit card?

    • No. It is a card that allows you to collect Meriah Points when you shop at MYDIN.
    • In which you can exchange your points to items made available at our Customer Service Counter
  • How old do I have to be to apply for a Meriah Card?

    • Customers have to be aged 18y or over to apply. If you are a supplementary cardholder you must be 13y or over.
  • Can I apply for a Meriah Card If I am a foreign student or an expatriate?

    • Yes. You will need to fill in the application form and provide your address in Malaysia and your passport number. We will need to see your passport as identification.
  • Where can I use my Meriah Card?

    • Meriah Card can be used in all MYDIN Hypermarket, Emporium & MyMydin outlets.
  • How do I collect Meriah Points?

    • RM 1 = 1 Meriah points
  • Is there any exclusion?

    • Yes. Customers cannot collect points on MYDIN Gift Vouchers and products purchased from our Mall tenants.
  • How do I know when my Meriah Card expires?

    • All Meriah card will be printed with your name & expiry date.
    • Failure to renew your Meriah Card within 3 Months after expiry , your Meriah point will be zerorised.
  • Is there a maximum number of Meriah Points I can collect?

    • No, you can collect as many Meriah Points as you like
  • Do I have to pay for a Meriah card?

    • Yes. Please refer to the general information on the charges
  • How soon can I use my Meriah Card?

    • Just complete the application form, with the relevant documentation, and you will be given a card that you can use straight away.
  • I just joined as a Meriah Card member but I would like to apply for a supplementary card for my family, how do I go about it?

    • Please visit our Customer Service Counter and fill in the Supplementary card form.
    • Present your Meriah card & NRIC, along with your supplementary NRIC.
    • Upon verifications you will be given an additional card joined onto your Meriah Card (Principal card).
    • As this is a joint account, all the Meriah points collected by the supplementary card holder will be automatically goes into principle card
  • I forgot to bring my Meriah Card during my shopping. Will I get back my Meriah Points?

    • No Meriah Card means no points awarded.
    • Customer Must present the Active Meriah Card to cashier before any transaction made.
  • How can I check my Meriah points?

    You may

    • Option 1– check your Meriah points at any MYDIN Customer Service Counter.
    • Option 2 – call our MYDIN Customer Hotline at 1-300-30-8786.
  • What if my personal details change (e.g. move house, change name etc)?

    You may

    • Option 1 - update your details at any MYDIN Customer Service Counter.
    • Option 2 - call our MYDIN Customer Hotline at 1-300-30-8786.
    • Please provide your Meriah Card Number for verifications.
  • One of my relatives has passed away – Can I change the card to my name so that the points are not lost?

    • Do visit our Customer Service Counter.
    • Provide the deceases Meriah Card number, a copy of the Death Certificate & a letter of authorization.
    • We will transfer all the deceases Meriah Points to another account.
  • Will you share my information with other companies?

    We assure you that your personal details are safe with us and we will never be released to companies outside MYDIN Group.
