Ground Meat Kebab
Ingredients
- 900g Lamb, finely ground
- 2pcs Onions, grated
- 3tbsp Flat –leaf parsley
- 3tbsp Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp Ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground chili
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Mix finely ground lamb with onions, herbs and seasoning and knead vigorously until smooth and pasty.
- Divide the meat into egg sized lump.
- Divide the meat into egg sized lump.
- Press them firmly around skewers and form into thin sausage pieces.
- Cook over charcoal or under broiler for 4 – 5 minutes.
