Ground Meat Kebab

Ingredients

  1. 900g Lamb, finely ground
  2. 2pcs Onions, grated
  3. 3tbsp Flat –leaf parsley
  4. 3tbsp Coriander
  5. 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  6. 1/4 tsp Ground coriander
  7. 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  8. 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  9. 1/4 tsp Ground chili
  10. Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Mix finely ground lamb with onions, herbs and seasoning and knead vigorously until smooth and pasty.
  2. Divide the meat into egg sized lump.
  3. Divide the meat into egg sized lump.
  4. Press them firmly around skewers and form into thin sausage pieces.
  5. Cook over charcoal or under broiler for 4 – 5 minutes.
