Ingredients
- 500g Cooked plain porridge
- 80g Salmon fillet
- 100g Quick Cooking Oats
- 20g Chopped ginger
- 50g Leek thinly slice
- 50g Carrot small cube
- 50g Snow peas
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Light soy sauce
Method
- Boil plain porridge with ginger. Add salmon and oats.
- Add leek, carrots, snow peas pepper powder and soya sauce.
- Serve immediately.
