Salmon Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  1. 500g Cooked plain porridge
  2. 80g Salmon fillet
  3. 100g Quick Cooking Oats
  4. 20g Chopped ginger
  5. 50g Leek thinly slice
  6. 50g Carrot small cube
  7. 50g Snow peas
  8. 1/2 tsp Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp Light soy sauce

Method

  1. Boil plain porridge with ginger. Add salmon and oats.
  2. Add leek, carrots, snow peas pepper powder and soya sauce.
  3. Serve immediately.
