Responsibility
- Responsible for developing, formulating, planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive set of in-house and external training with good problem solving skills.
- Prepare training materials & training facility according to training requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date training records & documents accurately & effectively to meet all audit requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent with a minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in retail industry.
- Responsible for developing, formulating, planning, coordinating and implementing a comprehensive set of in-house and external training with good problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skill and able to deliver soft skills training such as leadership and motivational skills to all levels participants.
