Abang Johari beats the gong at the launch

KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg today launched Mydin Petra Jaya, the third Mydin hypermarket in Sarawak. He believed that Mydin Petra Jaya will emerge as an ideal shopping destination for people in the area besides offering a rich variety of products for the locals. He also noted that Mydin is a chain company that sells products at reasonable prices, thereby providing an avenue for families to “run an efficient family budget”. He added that Mydin Petra Jaya would be ideal for families to spend within their means. He hoped that Mydin would consider expanding its business to other parts of Sarawak such as Miri, Bintulu and Limbang.
